Refund Policy

- Orders can be cancelled within 3 days for refund if products have not been processed or shipped. After the 3 days, the order is locked in and refund/cancellation can and will be denied.

- When placing your order please make sure that all details and products being ordered are correct. We are not responsible for any mistakes on your part if not notified before order is processed and shipped.

- Any struts or management components that are or have been installed cannot be returned whatsoever. This includes any miscellaneous products, wheels, and brake kits.

- Product warranty voided if there is any "human error" during installation. Any damage made outside of original packaging (not supplier error) is considered customer responsibility.

- BE GENTLE WITH INSTALL. Take care of the products so they take care of you. Install struts with patience and use Teflon for every single fitting to avoid any leaks. The cleaner the install the more the products will last and perform.

- ANY wheel(s) purchased will be warranty voided with pothole or car accident damage. Read manufacturer warranty for more information regarding this product.

- EVERY product comes with manufacturer-applicable warranty. You may contact the product manufacturer/brand directly for any information on a product.
